Perfect Intro to outdoor climbing!

Josie was seriously the best guide we could've asked for! My partner and I had taken up climbing (in a gym) about 2 weeks prior and really wanted to experience outdoor climbing before winter sets in where we live (in the northeast). We decided to take a 2-day intro to outdoor climbing lesson with WRCG and couldn't be happier with the experience. Josie made us feel super comfortable and safe while getting a feel for the rock and gave us so many awesome tips for when we're out climbing on our own eventually. We were pretty physically wiped on the second day but she was accommodating and took the opportunity to educate us on safety, anchor tying, and everything in between, which was exactly what we needed. Wild Iris is a gorgeous spot and we were really glad it was where we had our first outdoor climbing experience! If you're on the fence, definitely just do it - you won't regret it!
